In the appointment module, create an appointment and link a product (preferably of type Service). This product will later add on to the Hotel Folio and then Invoices.
In the calendar view, when a new appointment to be scheduled, link the hotel folio and click on “Add Folio” button so that the Appointment booking will be added in the Hotel Folio
Note: (Date of Appointment booking and the Folio should be the same, else system gives a validation error)
