This extension allows preparing rules to automatically generate cloud storage folders based on DMS workspaces

To force to prepare workspace-related directories, define folder rule(s) of the type 'Workspace-Related rule'. The tool will automatically create linked folders and sync those for chosen cloud storage with one of the next jobs

It is not obligatory to reflect the whole DMS structure. Thus, it is possible to filter workspaces by any storable field. For example, to add a folder only for workspaces that contain the keyword 'Internal'

Enterprise documents are synced with the same logic as usual attachments. Files created in will be added to the cloud storage and will be replaced with links. Files created in cloud storage will generate URL attachments within a paired documents directory

The app is compatible with Documents features and interfaces. In particular, users will still be able to download, share, and sign files

Take into account, that if a workspace was synced, all its child workspaces will be also synced. If you generated a subfolder for any workspace-related folder, the app would also create such a Documents workspace. spreadsheets are not synced by the connector: they are still manageable.
